International Culinary Tour

Join us as we begin our tour in Italy for hors d’oeuvres. Our soup course will take us to Spain and from there we fly to South America for a colorful, refreshing salad. Cuba is now open to American travelers, so our main entrée features a traditional Cuban dish. Our tour ends back in Europe for a classic French dessert and cafe.
Hosted at the McCutcheon Home in Ephraim.

All proceeds from this event support the Door County Land Trust’s land protection and stewardship efforts.
5:30 hors d’oeuvres, followed by soup, salad, dinner and dessert courses. Guests are invited to stay after dessert and watch the colorful glow of the sunset over Ephraim.
Assorted Italian Hors d’oeuvres • Soup course: Gazpacho • Salad: Orange/Pear/Date with Orange-rosemary Vinaigrette • Entrée: Arroz Con Pollo (Chicken with Saffron Rice) served with black beans • Dessert: White Chocolate Crème Brulé
