Annual Gathering Conservation Easement Open House

Door County Land Trust works with landowners to permanently protect their property with conservation easement agreements. These protected lands remain under private ownership, but contribute to the health of the landscape.  Join us to tour privately protected properties and learn directly from landowners about the Land Trust’s conservation easement program.

Enjoy a hike on this 12 acre conservation easement in the beautiful hardwood and conifer forest of Governor Woods in the Land Trust’s Woods at Monument Point Project Area.

We’ll hike through a beautiful cedar wet mesic forest along trails and boardwalks over vernal wetlands and a beautiful pond on this 122 acres conservation easement in the Bayshore Blufflands Preserve Project Area.
